Mold
Mold is ubiquitous in the natural world around us and and integral part of life.
However, when it comes to our interior spaces, our offices, buildings and Homes. Mold growth can really affect indoor air quality and therefore our quality of Life.
We use the highest quality inspection techniques and instrumentation to thoroughly inspect areas of concern, collect appropriate samples and provide you with a clear and concise plan of action that you can provide to your Certified Mold Contractor to follow.
Once Remediation is completed we can perform a Post Remediation inspection and testing to confirm the area to be clear of any residual Mold growth. Rendering it safe for human occupation and reconstruction.
All samples are delivered to a 3rd party certified laboratory for analysis.
Lead
Lead was used for hundreds of years all around the world for it’s anti-microbial properties.
Unfortunately this has led to high exposure levels for workers, occupants and most of all children. Lead can be found in Paint, Glazed Ceramics, Enameled ?Metals, Surface Dust, Water Supply Lines, Water Fixtures, & even Food supplements.
We use “state of the Art” XRF Analyzers to inspect and determine if there is lead present in most coated surfaces. Along with physical sampling and certified 3rd party analysis of Surface Dust, Paint Chips, Soil, and Water.
